Biggest professional accomplishment: Winning Harrah’s Entertainment’s biggest most prestigious award for superior team results in 2008.

Paige definitely can give you a few pointers about what makes people tick. After all, she’s been a leader in human resources for most of her career. She graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a B.S. in Human Resources.
Back when gambling was just getting up and running in Louisiana, Paige worked with the Riverboat Gaming Commission for the Attorney General's office in Baton Rouge. Her group reviewed all riverboat gaming applications for the State of Louisiana. So she’s definitely met her fair share of far-out characters.
And she’s not new to the hospitality field either. She joined us from the Archon Group in Irving, Texas, where she was director of recruiting strategies. Paige led a team of three, overseeing all recruiting practices for 259 hotels, representing 23 hotel brands.
We’re proud to have Paige on our team here at TWH. She’s a highly innovative, results-producing human resources manager with extensive experience in strategic planning, employee relationship management, innovative recruitment, training/career development and human resource information systems management. She really knows her HR inside and out.
Paige and her husband Calvin have four active kids and spend a lot of time traveling. We consider it a win/win because Paige checks out a lot of our properties around the country. (It’s not in her job description…don’t tell her.)
