We think Monica’s an amazing CFO. But it’s not just because she’s a CPA with a bachelor’s in business administration and accounting from the University of Texas in Arlington. Nor is it because she has more than 20 years of experience in real estate development and management, including multifamily, commercial and residential. Or because she’s worked with leading real estate companies, like Prentiss Properties, JPI and Meritage Homes.
What makes Monica terrific is that she’s as good with people as she is with numbers. Since joining in 2007, she’s led a team that has greatly improved TWH’s financial reporting. As well as redefined and streamlined many of the company’s financial services processes. So, yeah, to put it in more CPA-like terms, we think Monica’s 1.00.
