Sharon Adler — Director of Internal Audits and Training
Greatest professional accomplishment: Honored as a JW Marriott Award Winner for 1998, while working as the director of sales at the Marriott Residence Inn, Pleasant Hill, California.
Favorite part of job: Mentoring staff to reach their full potential, and then watching them achieve their goals.

One of our most loyal regional team members, Sharon came on board at TWH after spending 14 years with Marriott International. In 2004, Sharon was promoted as a dual GM and tasked with opening two new properties a week apart.
That same year, Sharon was recognized as the opening GM of the year for Marriott Residence Inn West University. Recognizing her sweet skills, Texas Western selected Sharon as an area GM with responsibility for four additional hotels.
In 2006, Sharon opened the new Marriott Residence Inn West Energy Corridor in West Houston, which was awarded top operations at the GM conference in 2008. Currently, Sharon stays “seriously busy” overseeing 11 TWH hotels in Houston, The Woodlands, Stafford, Beaumont, Austin, Killeen and Temple.
When Sharon is not working, she is on the road running toward one of her countless marathon endeavors or spending time with her husband Neil of 33 years. First and foremost, she is a mom to Pete and Leah, and to Cookie, her beloved Puggle.
