Favorite part of the job: Working with a new or ailing hotel and seeing it have success.
As one of our regional sales directors, Joe directs initiatives and oversees execution of sales plans in TWH’s operating and pre-opening Marriott- and Hilton-branded properties. He runs a tight ship and keeps all of his properties in excellent shape.
Getting his start in hospitality, Joe worked at Embassy Suites Love Field in Dallas, Texas, before moving on eventually to California skies. Joe gained a lot of knowledge in hospitality working with InterContinental Hotels Group in Irvine before joining the TWH regional team. As corporate sales manager there, he established a strong client base through direct outside and inside selling, securing business for the hotel to meet room night sales and revenue goals.
Joe is married and stays busy with his family when he’s not busy at work. In between tending to his two dogs, Fidel and Josie, Joe tends to his love of golf and spending time on the lake.
