Greg joined TWH in September 2010 as the General Manager for the Residence Inn Cultural District after spending the last few years as the General Manager of the Residence Inn in Arlington, TX. A little more than a year later, in October 2011, he was promoted to Regional Director of Operations. Greg also has experience in other industries related to hospitality such as BBJ Table Linens, where he created and maintained an excellent work environment centered on teamwork and mutual respect. But the hospitality industry is where Greg’s heart and energy resonate most strongly.
Greg’s first gig in hospitality was as an accounting clerk and sales manager at the St. Louis Airport Marriott. Once he was off and running, it was hard to keep up with him. As proof, Greg was General Manager at various Residence Inns and Hampton Inns in the Midwest and East over a nine-year period. But his hard work paid off. In 2004, Greg was recognized by Marriott for outstanding achievements. And as Area General Manager, Greg trained GM’s for Marriott brand system conversions in 2005.
Greg, ever the overachiever, is an active member in industry associations, including NACE, ISES, MPI, and local Chambers of Commerce.
